Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Items must be:

• Unused.
• In their original packaging.
• Returned with all accessories and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
• Items without original packaging.
• Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or according to the payment option used.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, Arabian Hub will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
